iQ subscription payments

Your iQ dash cam requires a paid subscription for 4G connectivity and network features like cloud uploads, live streaming, and notifications.

You can choose a rolling 1-month plan or pay annually for 12 months.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit or Debit card

  • Apple Pay (iOS)

  • Google Pay (Android)

How do I change my payment method?

Follow these steps in the iQ app:

  1. Open the iQ app.

  2. Tap More (three dots or three lines at the bottom right of the screen)

  3. Select Subscription.

  4. Tap Payment method.

  5. Tap Change payment method.

  6. Choose Credit or Debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  7. Enter your new details and save.

Your subscription uses the new method at the next billing cycle. You can also cancel from this page.

Extra tips

  • Update payment details before your renewal date to avoid service interruptions.

  • Use the annual plan to save money if you plan long-term use.

  • Check your subscription status in More > Subscription anytime.

  • Apple Pay/Google Pay may offer faster setup with saved details.

Troubleshooting

  • If payments fail, verify your card has sufficient funds and is not expired, then retry in the app.

  • If Apple Pay/Google Pay options do not appear, ensure they are set up in your phone's wallet settings.

  • If you are unable to access Subscriptions, check to see if you are logged in using the Owner account e-mail address, instead of an Additional User.

  • If subscriptions do not renew, check Subscription page for error messages and update payment method.

  • If you see billing errors, log out and back into the iQ app, or restart your phone.

  • If issues continue, contact Nextbase support with your iQ serial number, app version, subscription plan, and exact error message.
