Troubleshooting Subscription and Account Access Issues
Subscription Manager Role
The Subscription Manager is the account holder responsible for managing payment details, changing plans, and other subscription-related actions. If you see a message stating you’re not the Subscription Manager, ensure you’re logged into the correct account.
Verifying Login Credentials
Ensure you’re signed into the app with the same email address or login method (e.g., Facebook, Google) used to activate the subscription.
If you suspect you used a different email, try signing in with that address.
Refreshing Your App Session
Log out of the app, reinstall it, and log back in to refresh your session and data.
Account Recovery
If you cannot access the account associated with the subscription, cancel the subscription linked to the inaccessible account and resubscribe using an account you control.
Post-Reset Subscription Prompt
After resetting and reconnecting your dashcam, the app may prompt you to subscribe again. Proceed with subscribing in the app to continue using the service. You won’t be charged for two subscriptions simultaneously, as the prior subscription becomes inactive after the reset.
