Open Emergency SOS in Nextbase App
Open the Nextbase App on your phone.
Tap More on the bottom menu.
Select Emergency SOS.
Tap Continue.
Choose your subscription
Choose Yearly or Monthly for your Protect subscription, then tap Continue.
If you have a 1‑month free voucher, it must be used with the Monthly plan.
Redeem your voucher
On the Review Order page, tap Redeem here.
Enter your voucher code in the box and tap Redeem voucher.
The order will update to show the discounted or free subscription period.
Confirm payment and details
Review your updated order and tap Continue.
Select your preferred payment method.
Note: A £1.00 payment will be taken and then refunded to verify your card.
Enter your vehicle details and tap Continue.
Enter your medical details and tap Continue.
Add your mobile number and tap Continue to finish the setup.
Once completed, your Nextbase Protect subscription will be active and your voucher will be applied.
Extra tips
If the voucher does not apply, check that the expiry date has not passed and that it matches the subscription type (Monthly only for 1‑month‑free vouchers).
