Managing your iQ Account

In My Account you can update your name, email, phone number, password, and payment method. This keeps your login secure and makes sure your iQ subscription payment is working correctly.

What you can change in 'My Account'

In the My Account section you can:

  • Edit your name, email address, and phone number.

  • Change your password for extra security.

  • Update or change your payment method (for example, card or PayPal) linked to your iQ subscription.

How to access 'My Account'

  1. Open the iQ app.

  2. Tap More (bottom‑right on the home screen).

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu where you will see the section 'My Account'.

  4. Tap My Account to view your profile and settings.


How to change your details

  • Next to each label (Name, Email, Phone, etc.) you will see a small arrow on the right.

  • Tap the arrow to edit that field, make your changes, then confirm or save.​

To change your password:

  • Tap Password in the My Account menu.

  • Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and save.

How to change your payment method

  • In My Account, tap Payment Method.

  • You can then choose a different card or payment option and confirm it as your default.​

Keeping My Account up to date ensures you receive notifications, can log in without issues, and your subscription does not get interrupted by an expired or failed payment method.
