Remove the SD Card - 380GWX and 380GW Dash Cam

This article explains how to remove and reinsert the SD card in the Nextbase 380GWX and 380GW Dash Cam.

When this applies

Use this article when you need to remove or reinsert the SD card in a 380GWX or 380GW Dash Cam installed on your vehicle's windscreen.

Process / information

Remove the SD card

  1. Locate the side panel on the right-hand side of the Dash Cam.

    • This is the driver's side when the Dash Cam is fitted to the windscreen.

  2. Locate the small lip towards the base of the Dash Cam and use it to open the side panel.

  1. Locate the SD card in the middle of the compartment.

  2. Push the SD card inwards to release it from the spring mechanism.

Reinsert the SD card

  1. Hold the SD card with the gold bars on the back facing towards you.

  2. Insert the SD card with the gold bars going into the Dash Cam first.

What to expect

The SD card should release from the spring mechanism when pressed inwards and can then be removed from the Dash Cam.

When reinserting the SD card, the gold bars should face towards you and enter the Dash Cam first.
