When this applies
Use this article when you need to remove or reinsert the SD card in a 385GWX or 385GW Dash Cam.
To make the SD card easier to access, remove the Dash Cam from its holder first.

Process / information
Remove the SD card
Locate the side panel on the right-hand side of the Dash Cam.
This is the driver's side when the Dash Cam is mounted on the windscreen.
Place your finger on the side panel and slide it upwards to open it.
Locate the SD card inside the compartment.
Gently press the SD card inwards until you feel a click.
The SD card will release from the spring mechanism.
Carefully remove the SD card from the slot.
Reinsert the SD card
Hold the SD card with the gold contacts facing towards you.
Insert the SD card into the slot with the gold contacts going in first.
Gently push the SD card in until it clicks into place.
Close the side panel securely.
What to expect
The SD card should click into place when inserted correctly and release from the spring mechanism when pressed inwards.

If the SD card does not release, press it in firmly and try again.
If the SD card will not insert, check the orientation and do not force it.
If the Dash Cam does not recognise the SD card, remove and reinsert it, then restart the Dash Cam.
