Check all cables are firmly connected to your dashcam; the main power cable should be plugged into the top of the iQ dashcam and fully connected to the OBD port or chosen fuse.
Briefly press the reset button on the top of the iQ dashcam.
If your dashcam shows the iQ logo, this means it is receiving power.
If the iQ still does not power up after these checks, please contact our support team for further help.
