Locate the reset button on the top of your iQ dashcam, between the two antennas.
The button is very small, so use a pen, pin, or similar pointed object to press it in.
After pressing reset, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute for the dashcam to turn back on.
If the reset works, the iQ will show a blank front screen and then power back on within 30 seconds to 1 minute.
If the reset button does not seem to work and your iQ stays on, unplug the power cables, then try pressing the reset button again.
