The 4G features (for example, Live view and Firmware updates over mobile data) will only work in the countries listed for your specific iQ region.

If you travel outside your region, 4G‐based features will not be available, although your iQ can still record and save footage locally. This would need to be accessed via the SD card on a PC or Mac.

The SIM card in the Nextbase iQ is built-in and non-replaceable, ensuring compatibility with specific network provisions in the intended region of use.

Regional or billing changes to move the device to another region are not supported.

Attempts to modify the device, such as inserting or soldering a different SIM card, will not enable it to work in a different region.

In unsupported regions, the device cannot communicate with Nextbase services, and actions like resetting the device to its initial setup state are also blocked.
