When this applies
Use this article when you need to:
Create a Nextbase App account.
Verify your email address.
Create an account after previously choosing to continue without one.
Process / information
Before you start
Make sure you have downloaded the Nextbase App from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app on your phone and allow any requested permissions when prompted.
Start the sign-up process
Open the Nextbase App.
Tap Continue with Email.
If you prefer to continue without an account, tap the X in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter your email
On the next screen, enter your Email Address.
Tap Continue.
The app will send a verification code to this email.
Verify your email
Open your email app and locate the verification email from Nextbase.
Enter the verification code shown in the app.
After the code is accepted, you now have a Nextbase account and can start using personalised features.
Sign up later
If you initially chose to continue without an account but want to create one later:
Open the Nextbase App.
Tap the More tab at the bottom of the screen.
Select Sign up.
Follow the same steps above to create your account.
You can use the same email address you used on MyNextbase Connect or the Nextbase website.
Did not receive the verification code?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
If needed, request a new code in the app.
Already used this email but cannot sign in?
Try the Forgot password option on the login screen.
If issues continue, contact Nextbase support for help with your account.
What to expect
After your verification code is accepted, you will have a Nextbase account and can start using personalised features.
