When this applies
Use this article when you want to view recordings from your 322GW, 422GW, 522GW or 622GW Dash Cam in the Nextbase App.
Process / information
Before you start
Make sure:
Your Dash Cam is powered using the supplied power cable.
A compatible SD card is inserted.
The Nextbase App is installed on your phone.
Your phone is connected to the Dash Cam via Bluetooth.

View recordings
Open the Nextbase App on your phone.
Tap Library at the bottom of the screen.
Wait for the app to connect to the Dash Cam.
Your recordings will appear as thumbnails. The most recent recordings are shown first.
Tap any thumbnail to play the video.
Troubleshooting
If recordings do not appear:
Check that your Dash Cam is connected to the app.
Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone.
If Wi-Fi is not connecting or is slow:
Disconnect from other Wi-Fi networks, including your home network.
Turn off any VPN on your phone.
Turn off automatic Wi-Fi reconnection.
Disconnect from Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
Check that all app permissions are enabled: Settings > Apps > Nextbase App > Permissions.
Close the app, wait a minute, and reopen it.
Forget the Dash Cam in your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, then reconnect.
Turn Airplane Mode on, then manually turn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth back on.
Temporarily turn off mobile data or smart network switching.
Make sure the SD card is correctly inserted and formatted.
Check for any available firmware updates for your Dash Cam.
What to expect
Your recordings will appear as thumbnails in the Library, with the most recent recordings shown first.
