Use this article when you want to view recordings from your 380GWX or 380GW Dash Cam in the Cam Viewer mobile app.

Make sure your phone is connected to the Dash Cam via Wi-Fi.

1. Open the Cam Viewer mobile app.
2. Tap View Dash Cam Videos.

Your recordings will appear as thumbnails. The most recent recordings are shown first.

If no videos appear, check that your Dash Cam is connected to the app.

If videos will not play, confirm the Wi-Fi connection is still active.

If the connection drops, reconnect to the Dash Cam and try again.
