How do I detach the Piqo from the mount?
Hold the Piqo Dash Cam securely with one hand. Slide it straight upward until it releases from the mount.
Extra tips
Always hold the Dash Cam firmly to prevent it from dropping during removal.
Check the mount is secure on the windshield before reattaching the Dash Cam.
Store the Dash Cam in the protective case when not in use to avoid scratches.
Troubleshooting
If the Dash Cam does not slide upward easily, gently wiggle it while pulling up – do not force it sideways.
If the mount feels loose after removal, clean and reapply the adhesive pad if needed.
If the connection still feels sticky, wipe the contacts on both the Dash Cam and mount with a dry microfibre cloth.
