Open the iQ app on your phone.
Tap the More tab at the bottom right.
Select iQ Settings at the top of the page.
Scroll down to Device settings and tap SD card management.
Tap the Format SD card button in red.
Confirm to format; this will delete all files stored on your dashcam’s SD card.
If you see an error message, close the app completely, reopen it, and try again.
Please note formatting your SD card will remove all files currently on your SD card. Ensure any footage that you wish to keep is saved away from the SD card prior to formatting.
