1. Open your iQ app and select history.
2. Choose the file you need and select the three dots found at the bottom right of the file.
3. Press on to download from SD card
4. Select your view (front, cabin and rear) and choose your quality – You will have two options towards the bottom of the page, Standard definition and High definition.
Side note: The file will need to be available on the SD card to download the High definition version
5. The file will download and appear in your downloads tab.
6. Once downloaded, select the download tab in the top right and press on to a file to view.
7. If the files are not downloading or an error message appears, please restart your iQ app and try a different file.
Please note: When viewing footage in the iQ app, playback is in standard resolution for smoother streaming, but any downloaded videos are saved in high resolution if this option is selected at time of downloading.
