Nextbase will forward the details to the right partner (for example, a highways agency or local council) so they can look into the issue.<br><br>

You can report any road‑safety issue, including:

Unsafe road conditions such as poor markings or lighting

Any other hazard that makes the road less safe

- Potholes and cracks in the road surface
- Damaged or missing road signs

All reports should be clear and relevant to actual road safety.

Right now, you cannot track an individual report after it is submitted. However, this tracking feature is planned for future app updates.

Your footage is anonymised before it is shared with partners.

Personal data, number‑plates and faces are removed or blurred, and audio is not used.

Only front‑facing footage, GPS data and timestamps are kept to help identify the exact location and nature of the defect.
