What are my extended warranty options?
You can extend protection in three ways:
Protect Subscription: Included with monthly (£2.99) or yearly (£29.99) Nextbase Protect subscription for eligible models.
Direct Purchase: Buy 12- or 24-month warranty via Nextbase website (accessories section). Only valid if purchased from Nextbase UK within 28 days.
Road Safety Club: Free extended warranty when you join (Series 2 Dash Cams only).

What do I receive for warranty claims?
Bought from Nextbase website:
First 30 days: Brand new replacement camera.
Months 1–36: Usually refurbished replacement.
Bought from retailer:
First 12 months: Retailer handles claim.
Extended period: Nextbase handles directly.
Models covered and excluded
Covered models
All Series 2 cameras (for example, 322GW, 422GW, 522GW, 622GW) and Piqo Dash Cams.
Excluded models
380GW / 380GWX and 385GW / 385GWX already include a 3‑year warranty via dealer or manufacturer and are not eligible for these additional extended‑warranty offers.
Parts not covered
The extended warranty does not cover:
Batteries
Screens
SD cards
Accessories such as mounts, cables, or cases
These are considered consumable parts even when a device is under warranty.

Buy extended warranty within 28 days of purchase if buying direct from Nextbase.
Check your model eligibility before subscribing to Protect or Road Safety Club.
