I have to move my power cable to get my Duo to work

  Hi Brian

  Do you think the power cable has a short? Is it the 12V clc cable you're using?

  Unfortunately, the Duo is one of our oldest legacy cameras - we don't have any spare parts left to be able to replace the 12V cable. 

  You could however, use a hardwire kit.
