updating the 312GW

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. I've tried to update my cam via Nextbase Replay 3 on my pc but it couldn't find the camera, it recommended I download to my pc the current version, it's a bin file, how do I update my camera this way?

  Have you checked to see if your camera needs to be updated first? We haven't released an update for the 312GW in a number of years, so you might already be running the latest version. The latest firmware is R6.4 and can be downloaded here.

  Hi Ryan, thank you for that. I have downloaded the current firmware to my computer but how do I then get it into the camer? Regards David

  What firmware version is currently installed on your camera? You can download the firmware update instructions here, or from the 312GW support page on our website.

  Essentially all you need to do is copy and paste the .bin file to your SD card, making sure it's not renamed in anyway, when the camera turns back on, it should update automatically.
