Is there a way to order a dust cover for my GW622?
Hi there,
I just installed my GW622 in my car. There was only a carboard insert in the magnet/charger port. I looked around, and I don't see a dust cover in the pieces I have left for when the cam isn't plugged in. Is this something I can order?
Also, I am having trouble connecting my mobile app to the camera. The PC app works fine, and the PC app says I have the latest firmware, but my mobile app keeps saying it is looking for the connection with my camera, despite trying to pair them multiple times.

Thanks for your message, in an effort to be more environmentally friendly we no longer include a plastic dust cover, but instead include a cardboard one, I hope this helps.
I'd also like to offer some assistance with the connection problem you've been experiencing with our app and clear up any confusion around the firmware version. We always recommend making sure your Dash Cam is on the latest firmware version if you're experiencing problems with the app connection.
Can you please confirm what firmware version is currently installed on your 622GW? The latest version is R11.1. If you're already running the latest version, please visit this help centre article and follow the steps to get connected again.

I should add that my phone app is saying my camera does NOT have the latest firmware, despite the PC app saying it does. So, I am not sure which one to believe.
