622GW Resolution Settings

Obviously the camera is meant to be 4k yet when I check the settings on the camera 4k is not an option, it only goes up to 1440p

I can choose 4k on the app but this then also defaults back to 1440p

  Thanks for getting in touch, it sounds like you've turned either Extreme Weather Mode or Enhanced Image Stabilisation in your cameras menu. If either of these settings are enabled, your camera will only be able to achieve a maximum resolution of 1440p. 
  
  Please take a look at the table shown below, I pulled this from page 21 of the 622GW user manual.
