422w dashcam makes a bleeping sound. When plugged in I see the nextbase logo but can’t turn of with switch or do anything else. I’m using a nextbase card bought about a year ago and hardly used

  Hi Robin, I'm sorry to hear about the problem you're having. Can you please try the following steps, in order for us to find out what's going on here?

  1. With the Dash Cam turned off, remove the SD card. 
  2. Turn on the ignition, or otherwise supply power to the Dash Cam (it should turn on).
  3. If the Dash Cam fails to start up correctly, push the reset button located on the device.

  If the Dash Cam turns on as expected without the SD card inserted, this would suggest your SD card is faulty, or it is not compatible.
  
  If you experience the same issue without the SD card inserted, this will require further troubleshooting for us to discover the cause of the problem.
