I’m having trouble connecting my dash cam to my phone , it is a 380gwx. It says I have the incorrect password. I’m also not sure where to find the current firmware version

  Hi Stephen, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. The default password is "12345678" for the 380GWX, this can be found in the user manual here.
  
  The firmware version can be found in the app, but if you can't connect to the app (because you don't know your password), the best way to set the password back to default is by re-installing the latest firmware on your Dash Cam. Follow the steps in this article to get your Dash Cam firmware updated/ reinstalled.
