322GW has stopped recording, screensaver doesn't activate, doesn't hold charge, basically knackered

I contributed to a previous discussion thread on this topic but it has stopped being responded to (a bit like the useless camera). But problems are as per the title, plus, before this went into total meltdown:

Camera would tell me to re-format every few days

Card is a Nextbase one, bought direct (at an exorbitant price, by the way given the exact same card specs cab be purchased for 25% of the Nextbase price).

I'm beyond disappointed with this given (a) it's only about 18 months old, and (b) my wife has the same one at least a year older than mine, maybe more. The worst problem with hers is that the sucker mount they used to come with was useless but at least mine came with the adhesive mount!
