Dashcam falls off windscreen

I am on my forth self adhesive pad to stick my 622 to the windscreen, they last between one to three months before the camera starts falling off, they are absolutely useless!

The foam pad starts twisting which is then followed by the pad unsticking itself from either the windscreen or the plastic back

The windscreen was cleaned with iso alcohol as per the instructions prior to fitting the pad

Have Nextbase changed supplier or are they now using cheaper inferior products?

Under the sale of goods act, they should be fit for purpose, and these are clearly not!

I have written to customer services, but they are very slow responding!
