Rear camera is not function

Hello,

I am using 622GW + rear camera for more then 1 year, and since 2 month the rear camera stop working for no reason. I've already try to the next: reset the 622GW Camera / update the 622W Camera / I've already verified the cables / Card changing. Is working just the main camera (of course at 4k resolution). And also the main camera 622GW is not charging anymore. Is working just when is plug-in (pc or car) 

I am thinking to send both of them on warranty, because I can't use the rear camera anymore.
