How to turn 522gw off when carrying it.

Today the car went in for a service. The garage require dash cams to be removed. So I took the 552gw off its mount and put it into a carrying pouch. Well it would not stop burbling away. It’s hard wired and set to Parking mode. Is it possible to turn it fully off when it’s not mounted on the car?

  It sounds like your Dash Cam is turning on because Parking Mode is turned on, the g sensor inside the camera is sensing movement (because you're holding the camera) and activating Parking Mode. 
  
  If you need to remove the Dash Cam from the car, simply turn off Parking Mode in the menu and the Dash Cam should remain turned off while it's being carried.
