I cannot connect my new phone to camera as don’t know password is there a master reset so I can start afresh

  Hi Stephen, what is the model number of your Dash Cam? If you're using a Series 1 Dash Cam the password is 12345678, if you are using a Series 2 Dash Cam the MyNextbase Connect app will enter the password automatically after connecting via Bluetooth. I hope this helps :)
