How do I see my Subscription details?

You are able to see details of your Nextbase subscription in the Nextbase iQ app.  In order to see your Subscription details open the More tab and then tap on the Subscription button.

The Subscription page will show you which Nextbase Subscription Plan you currently have, your current subscription status, your billing amount/frequency and when your next payment will be taken.

Can I change my Subscription payment method?

Yes, you can change your Subscription payment method using the Subscription page in Nextbase iQ app. Tap on the 'Payment Method' button and you will be shown your current payment method.  Then tap on 'Change payment method' and you will be asked to enter your new payment details.

 

Can I Upgrade my Nextbase Subscription?

If you are subscribed to a Free or Protect Subscription Plan then you can upgrade your subscription using the iQ app. Tap on 'Change plan' and select the plan of your choice. 

 

How do I upgrade my Free Subscription?

You can upgrade your Free Subscription by tapping on the Subscription button in the iQ App and then tapping on the Subscribe now button.  You will then be shown details of the available Nextbase Subscription plans and you will be guided through subscription setup.

 

How do I upgrade my Protect Subscription?

You can upgrade your Protect Subscription by tapping on the Subscription button in the iQ App and then tapping on the 'Change plan' button.  You will then be shown details of the available Nextbase Subscription plans and you will be guided through subscription setup.

 

Can I downgrade my Nextbase Subscription?

Downgrading your subscription could remove your access to key features of your Nextbase iQ including Live View, Automated Incident Back Up and Emergency SOS.

 

If you do wish to downgrade your Nextbase Subscription you can do this by tapping on the Subscription button in the iQ App and then tapping on the Change plan button.  Your subscription will be downgraded on your next billing date.

 

Can I cancel my Nextbase Subscription?

Cancelling your subscription will remove your access to key features of your Nextbase iQ including Live View, Real-Time Event Notifications with Images, Automated Incident Back Up and Emergency SOS.

If you do wish to cancel your Nextbase Subscription you can do this by tapping on the Subscription button in the iQ App and then tapping on the Cancel subscription button.  Your subscription will be cancelled on your next billing date.  

Please note: partially completed months/years of subscriptions will not be refunded.
